It also provides one-stop solution for the industrial & Automotive about the AEC-Q200 certified elements.

The thin platinum resistor temperature sensor (PT100, PT200, PT1000) we develop is the leading role in the field of domestic temperature sensor.

In the area of Humidity Sensor, we are also the first company to manufacture the humidity resistor, capacitor and condensation sensor in China. With more than 20 years′ experience of application in this field, the products are characterized with High Precision, Fast Response and Long-lasting Durability. Possessed with core material technique & exclusive workmanship, the product performance is capable to compete with the European & American brands, leading us to be outstanding among humidity sensor field, and qualified with technical reserve & manufacturing capacity at the aspects of the pneumatics, photoelectric sensor and biosensor.

We own the top level semi-conductor (1000 & 100 grades) purification workshops, covered the area of 5000 SQM, equipped with MEMS production line for thick & thin films, 4/6 inch semi-conductor, including the screen printer, precision laser resistance adjustment machine, sintering furnace, mask aligner, magnetron sputter machine, etching machine, bonding machine, molding machine, chip mounting machine and other Front-End & Back-End packaging machine over 100 devices in total.

The production capacity could reach 10 million ceramic sensors, 50 million temperature & humidity sensors, 30 million thin film resistors, along with 3 thousand pieces 4/6 inch MEMS wafer chips per month, which it is able to support the stable and high quality sensor chip & modular to our customers.

With the core sensor material development, our MEMS wafers are produced under the leading technique and manufacturing ability. Meanwhile, we are providing the domestic top assorted signal modulation ASIC chip and related solutions as requested.

Our R&D team members are the doctors and masters graduated from the domestic well-known universities, who are the experts and engineers with 20 years′ development experience of sensors and relevant software & hardware, constituting the quite comprehensive strength team, fitting with the top material and component reliability test laboratory as well as the testing devices.
